Abstract PDF: Adrenal gland is the second most common organ of hematogeneous metastasis from hepatocellular carcinoma, but there are limited reports of treatment and prognosis of adrenal metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma. We report a case of successful transarterial chemoembolization of adrenal metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma in 62-year-old male patient.
